Anarchism Above All (WIP)

Preface
A 21st century amateur writing on anarchist philosophy and views on contemporary politics with an intentionally ironic title.
This work was made using primarily FLOSS software and contains no AI-generated content (as is now regrettably something that must be specified).
Rising to the Moment: Chronicling Trump II
False Opposition
Perhaps more than anything, the Democratic establishment is aimless, cynically chasing the rightward shifting Overton window and are just as transparent.
The few who dare to oppose the fascist coup rise to prominence through public support. Yet, the party strategy of appeasement aggressively lumbers on. Surely there are millions of Americans simply begging to be able to rally behind someone with even the most moderate of spines. And perhaps valuable votes would follow, to to speak in a language career politicians may understand.
The one-word response to this ought to be: "Why?". Doing essentially anything else would be a better alternative. Newsom, Pritzker, and Mamdani (regardless of their sincerity1) have TK
America 2.0
I don't necessarily support the views of this section. Perhaps, consider this a form devil advocacy. This was written in a style similar to an open letter or politician's speech. I honestly don't think that the idea of the USA is redeemable.
While I will admit the innovation in statecraft for the time, the "Founding Documents of America" are quite out of date. This nation is running on nearly quarter millennium old legal software, while France is on their Fifth Republic since the French Revolution of 1789-1799 with several other intervening regimes such as multiple monarchies and even a Nazi puppet-state.
Patch after patch to static documents is no longer enough to satisfy the needs of modern statecraft. We need a complete rewrite based on all that we have learned over the "American Experiment" to truly codify equality for all, particularly where we have failed, sometimes spectacularly, historically and in the present.
This includes racial equality for Indigenous, Black, and other racialized Americans. This includes equality for all genders and sexes. This includes guaranteed access to food, water, shelter, clothing, healthcare, and to being treated with dignity simply because one is human. While I oppose "The State" on principal as a dedicated anarchist, we can do so much better without even being that radical.
One can believe in the ideal America promises, while also acknowledging that it has often been a lie in reality. We cannot let ourselves be caught up by conflating the two. Admitting mistakes is the critical component to growth. We exterminated the people who are native to the land we live on. We enslaved other people as chattel, with all the horrors that entails. We exported suffering abroad through imperialism.
We can take responsibility for these among many others, while also acknowledging most of us are not individually personally responsible for crimes of the past. We take responsibility by striving for better, righting wrongs however we can, and vowing as a society to never repeat these mistakes.
This necessitates remembering victims.

On Fascism
We must learn of fascist ideas not because they are at all right on any issue, but exactly because they are wrong on every issue. Nazi supporters viewed their atrocities as morally righteous. By understanding their rhetoric, we ensure we aren't fooled when someone tries using it once again.
The false dichotomy between fascist and liberal reaction isn't solved by an appeal to a "moderate center", but the antithesis of reaction. That antithesis being action: action to stop fascism and action to prefigure a better world.
Lie Like There Is No Yesterday
Fascism lives in the present. The overwhelming spectacle pushes away the previous day. One day corruption, the next a backstab, eventually a massacre, and the next martial law. No single issue can be pursued to closure, merely replaced by the next.
The past dies and with it truth.
Newsom hosted Charlie Kirk on his podcast and said that the two had common ground on the Transgender Question during a brief grift as a Trump apologist.↩
